We have made it easier to fill in the application form for Riverfest, with it being done all online. If you require a PDF version, please email us.
Please note you must fill in the Market Trader / Street Collection forms relevant to you.
If you are a promotional stand, not selling any goods or services, then you just need to fill out the Charity & Promotional form, and not the Street Collection form.
Payment
Please note that payment will be requested in due course after you have submitted your form. Once you receive an invoice from us, you will then know you have secured your place, dependent on the relevant council forms being approved.

Charity & Promotional stall applications period closes: End of April, but hurry, first come, first served.
Charity & Promotional Stall
For charities (including not-for-profit) wishing to raise funds, for example:
Games like hook-a-duck, tombola and raffles, etc.
For promotional stalls wishing to raise awareness for a charity or business, promote a service, or give free items to the public, for example:
Flyers for your business, engage with the public to generate new leads, etc.

Businesses are asked to make a contribution of between £20 and £80.
This will help cover the costs of putting on the event and support the work of our committee. - Please note you MUST have £10 million public liability insurance to trade at Riverfest (this is a requirement by the Isle of Wight Council)
- You must send over a copy of your Public Liability Insurance
- You must send over a copy of your Street Collection Licence form (if applicable)

Commerical Stall
For businesses wishing to sell a product or service, for example:
Food and drink vendors, clothing and ornaments, etc.
If you do not wish to sell, only have an information stand to promote what you do, such as home insurance or a beauty salon, perhaps a promotional stall would better take your fancy.

Businesses are asked to make a contribution of between £80 and £400.
This will pay for your IW Council’s Market Traders Licence, cover the costs of putting on the event, and support the work of our committee. - Please note you MUST have £10 million public liability insurance to trade at Riverfest (this is a requirement by the Isle of Wight Council)

- You must send over a copy of your Market Trader form
